Privacy Policy - Overview
Sun Valley Trekking LLC understands the importance of your privacy.
We are committed to protecting our customer's privacy. When you
buy services from us as a customer, or contact us, we use the information
from customers to correctly process our sales and to improve our
ability to understand our customer's needs.
Description of Information Collected and Use of Such Information
Sun Valley Trekking LLC stores e-mail, phone numbers and physical
addresses when a customer does business with us or contacts us.
When a customer makes a purchase, except for credit card details,
information supplied on the purchase order is passed to Sun Valley
Trekking. Such information is used for processing orders, and possibly
for later contact when Sun Valley has new products which may interest
customers. We do not sell, give away, or distribute email addresses,
physical addresses, or phone numbers.
Payment for orders is handled through our bank and credit card merchant
accounts. No credit card details (credit card number, expiration
date) are ever stored by Sun Valley Trekking.
Policies Regarding Third Parties
Our orders are processed securely by appropriate credit card companies
and banks, and their privacy policy can be viewed on their website
at their websites.
Sun Valley Trekking's current policy is to not sell, rent or trade
personal information to others; however, Sun Valley Trekking reserves
the right to do so in the future. If Sun Valley Trekking does decide
to do this, Sun Valley Trekking will email each customer and give
each customer 30 days to inform Sun Valley Trekking if he or she
wishes their information to remain private.
Customers with concerns about disclosing personal information may
send an e-mail stating their needs to info@svtrek.com. Such information
will remain private.
Sun Valley Trekking Privacy Policy Changes
If Sun Valley Trekking decides to change its privacy policy, Sun
Valley Trekking will post such changes here. Please feel free to
