CLASSIC HUT-TO-HUT TOUR- The popular choice for those wishing
to rough it smoothly! Link two of our backcountry huts on this two-five
day adventure. Discover secret powder stashes and spectacular mountain
vistas by day. Then kick back inside a warm and cozy hut for an
evening of succulent food, wine, games, stories, and sometimes even
song. Cap off each night with a soak in our wood-fired hot tub or
a relaxing sweat in a cedar sauna.

Across the haute route!

SAWTOOTH HAUTE ROUTE- A classic alpine experience. Traverse
remote passes, climb pristine peaks, and ski the virgin slopes of
this spectacular range. We'll camp in timberline cirque basins beside
frozen lakes and crest sculpted ridges framed by granite faces and
towers. This 55 mile route follows the jagged spine of the Sawtooths
from north to south. Intermediate to expert skiing ability, physical
fitness, and an appetite for rugged beauty and adventure are all
that's required. This trip is a bright jewel in any skier's crown.

YELLOWSTONE SKI TRAVERSE- Join
us for a ski exploration of the beautiful Bechler River Region
in the remote southwest
corner
of Yellowstone National Park. Scan the basins for elk, moose,
bison,
and the elusive wolf as we glide through Americas First National
Park in the winter, away from the maddening crowds. Bathe in steaming
hot springs beneath the Grand Teton backdrop at the end of each
exhilarating day.

expedition includes both hut stays and snow camping in the spectacular
Sawtooth

SAINT ELIAS SKI MOUNTAINEERING, ALASKA- The trip of a lifetime!
This vast and isolated range harbors ice fields the size of some
New England states! Join us as we traverse part of this massive
wilderness on skis seeking out many first ascent and descent peak
opportunities along the way. This is truly a vast and spectacular
region of the world that has scarcely seen the impact of humans.
(Prior climbing experience is not necessary, but strong intermediate
skiing abilities are required. We provide climbing and ski instruction
during the expedition.)
