YELLOWSTONE SEA KAYAKING AND HIKING ADVENTURES
Sea kayaks are incredible tools for wilderness travel. Experience
the tranquility of gliding across one of Yellowstone National Park's
beautiful sub-alpine lakes.

Our versatile, stable and spacious kayaks allow you to explore
remote corners of the park in a very intimate way. Let civilization
slip away as you paddle along the lakeshore at sunset while keeping
a keen eye out for moose, elk, bison, or perhaps even the elusive
wolf. Listen to coyotes howl in the evening light as you sit down
for a gourmet meal prepared by our experienced naturalists and guides.

Lewis and Shoshone Lakes -- Our 7-day trip to Lewis and
Shoshone Lakes quickly takes you to the heart of Yellowstone's backcountry.
Here, we explore the shorelines of Lewis and Shoshone Lakes, paddle
through a gentle channel, and discover the magic of the Shoshone
Geyser Basin. We spend an afternoon hiking around the Geyser basin
in search of hot springs to soak in and perhaps learn some of the
names of the abundant wildflowers that surround us. Our campsites
provide us with peaceful evenings to share delicious food amongst
friends or seek solitude along the shoreline. DATES:

Yellowstone Fly Fishing and Sea Kayaking -- Yellowstone
National Park offers some of the finest roadside trout fishing in
the universe. What fewer realize is that the Yellowstone backcountry
fishing experience is better by far. Join us and escape the crowds
for a kayaking and exploratory fishing expedition on Lewis and Shoshone
Lakes. What better way to access some of the park's most remote
and seldom fished water than to paddle these beautiful sub-alpine
lakes in stable and comfortable sea kayaks. Troll from your kayak
as we travel from camp to camp or fly cast in the evening light
for rising cutthroat and rainbow trout. We'll fish the feeder streams
and the channel between the two lakes where large trout take dry
flies on top, and streamers and nymphs below the surface. Our experienced
naturalists and guides will prepare sumptuous meals and share in
your exploration of this fabled land and water-scape. For those
less interested in fishing, our voyage will access plenty of beautiful
hikes, a spectacular geyser basin, pristine beaches, and some of
the richest wildlife habitat in the world. We strive to customize
our trips to meet the often diverse interests of our trip members.
Whether you're an avid and accomplished fly fisher, an enthusiastic
novice, or simply married to one, this trip is sure to be a memorable
experience. DATES: October (suggested 5-day).
